Adding Manny Ramirez Would Create Another Murderers Row

I’m not saying the Yankees need Manny at this point, but wouldn’t it be crazy if the Yankees added Ramirez now? It would drive people crazy, especially those Yankee haters.

The addition of Manny to the Yankees' lineup would create one of the most fearful tandems in history. The heart of the lineup would be: Mark Teixeira, Alex Rodriguez, Manny Ramirez. It’s hard to imagine, but we know the Yankees love to spend money. There really aren’t any suitors out there for Manny now, besides the Dodgers.

Take a look at these guys stats last year and just picture them hitting behind one another:

Tex:  .308AVG  33HR  121RBI  .552SLG

A-Rod: .302AVG  35HR  103RBI  .573SLG

Man-Ram: .332AVG  37HR  121RBI  .601SLG 

At the moment you don’t hear much about Manny, and when a deal will be reached with any team. The chances that he comes to NY are slim to none at the moment, but we all know how things can change very quickly. You can dream though…
