Week 14 Fantasy Football Rankings: Looking at the Top RBs
In our Week 14 fantasy football rankings, the following five running backs project to be at the top of the position:
1. Ray Rice, Ravens
Is there a downside to Rice this week? I suppose he could be a little tired after running all over the Browns to the tune of 204 yards last week. But that's likely all you can find for negatives for Rice against the Colts run defense.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Indy is giving up third most fantasy points to running backs this season and Rice is averaging almost 27 touches a game over the last three weeks.
2. Chris Johnson, Titans
Heeeeeeeee's back! And right in the nick of time, too. While I'm guessing Johnson's early season disappearing act cost the majority of his owners a spot in the playoffs, the ones who did sneak in have to be ecstatic about Johnson's performance over the last month: three games with 130 or more yards rushing and three total scores.
The Saints may force the Titans into a track meet, but Johnson should get his touches if the Titans want a chance to upset New Orleans at home.
3. Marshawn Lynch, Seahawks
No running back has been as good as Lynch over the past five weeks; it's really not even close. Lynch has four 100-yard games (the fifth was an 88-yard effort) and five touchdowns during that span. Last week was his best performance as he ran for 148 and two scores.
The Seahawks would be wise to continue feeding him the football, especially against St. Louis on Monday night. The Rams are the fifth-worst fantasy defense against opposing running backs this season.
4. Maurice Jones-Drew, Jaguars
Jones-Drew has been a model of consistency this season. MJD has gone over 80 yards in all but one game this season. What makes him elite over the past month or so is his contributions in the passing game and his ability to get into the end zone. Jones-Drew has 17 catches for over 200 yards in the past four games with four total touchdowns.
Oh, and the matchup is pretty good this week too, as the Jags take on the Bucs' 31st-ranked fantasy run defense.
5. Arian Foster, Texans
In this day and age of the NFL, you just don't see many backs getting 30 touches in a football game. With the Texans lacking an established quarterback, however, they've turned to Foster to carry the load. In the past two games, he has a combined 63 touches.
Any elite running back getting that many touches has to be included in the top five regardless of the matchup.
