WWE Rumors: Chris Jericho, John Cena, Kharma and Thursday's Top WWE News
Is it just me or does WWE seem to be phoning it in on the TLC pay-per-view? They love to promote the Slammy Awards, but have not done anything to increase the anticipation for a show that will actually generate revenue.
That little tidbit aside, it is time to talk WWE again. Even with no television shows or tapings on Wednesday night, there is still plenty of news to talk about because we love to keep the conversation going.
We will have the latest news and notes from the wacky world of WWE and the mind of Vince McMahon as we head into the weekend. As always, if you have something that you just have to say, hit the comments section.

CHRIS JERICHO CAN'T RUN AWAY FROM THE TRUTH
While WWE is still trying to hide the identity of the mysterious "It Begins" superstar until January 2, the rumblings about Chris Jericho are getting too loud to ignore. As much fun as surprises are, the resolution to this whole situation will end with the return of The Best In The World At What He Does.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Is another aging superstar coming back good for WWE?
Our Take: I have been as vocal about WWE needing to get younger and make new stars as anyone, but the fact of the matter is it's not going to happen. That being the case, why not bring back one of the best performers the company has had in the last decade?
Hype Meter: 5 out of 5 Chris Jericho Haircuts
Considering the anticipation that has been building with these videos over the last three weeks, WWE can't afford to screw it up. Jericho is a big enough name to live up to the hype and will immediately be one of the three best workers in the company.

DOLPH ZIGGLER MAY BE PULLING DOUBLE-DUTY AGAIN
WWE must love Dolph Ziggler. Not so much that they want to book him like a star, but enough to keep using him in matches to put other workers over. According to a report, there is some talk that he could be added to the WWE championship match with CM Punk, Alberto Del Rio and The Miz.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Does this mean Ziggler will retain the United States title?
Our Take: Considering the way that WWE has been booking lately, I wouldn't put anything past them. It would not make sense to have someone like Ziggler lose the United States title and then be wrestling for the WWE title on the same show.
Hype Meter: 5 out of 5 Celebratory Headstands
Regardless of how WWE may try to get Ziggler in the match, and ignoring his match against Zack Ryder, this is great news because he is the best wrestler in the company right now and deserves to be showcased in pay-per-view main events.

JOHN CENA BEING LEFT IN THE DARK
In one of the more interesting stories of this month, John Cena actually doesn't have a match on the TLC pay-per-view. It's a risky move for WWE to put on a show without its biggest drawing card being locked into a match, but it will give other stars a chance to shine on their own.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Should Cena be working on this show?
Our Take: I actually like giving Cena a bit of a break. He is going to have his hands full after the start of the year, and it doesn't really make sense to start a feud that will only last a few weeks before The Rock comes back. He will still appear on the show, but he doesn't have to wrestle.
Hype Meter: 5 out of 5 Scenes of Cena Imitating Zack Ryder
WWE knows that it has backed itself into a corner with the Cena-Rock feud, so not just forcing him into something to get a pay-per-view pay off makes a lot of sense. When January rolls around, he can get back in the swing of things.

KHARMA'S WWE FUTURE IN LIMBO
WWE fans were actually excited for the divas division when Kharma came in earlier this year because she could actually wrestle. Her pregnancy took her off the road, and there are now questions about if or when she will return.
Question on Everybody's Mind: How serious are the rumors about her staying away?
Our Take: It's hard to say because once her child is born, is she really going to be able to go on the road for 200 days every year? I would like to see her come back because she was a fascinating character that WWE actually seemed to know how to book, but I wouldn't begrudge her if she didn't return.
Hype Meter: 4 out of 5 Barbie Dolls Losing Their Heads
Wrestling fans tend not to live in the real world. That is why there has been so much chatter on the Internet in the last 12 months about Brock Lesnar coming back to WWE to work a match at WrestleMania, for example. If Kharma wants to stay away, good for her. If she wants to return, that's good too.

WWE NETWORK IS GOING TO BE A DISASTER OF XFL PROPORTION
I have held off talking about the WWE Network until now because I wanted to read more about it. Needless to say, the more I read, the less convinced I am that this whole thing will actually work. This is going to be one of the worst things that the company has ever done.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Why will the network fail?
Our Take: WWE announced it without having any distributors for it lined up. No one has been hired to handle the production. There is no building to produce anything. There is one reality show, which sounds awful, as the flagship for the network. And all the problems have to be fixed in less than five months.
Hype Meter: 4 out of 5 XFL Footballs
This whole thing is a case of Vince McMahon backing himself into a corner because he was tired of talking about it. He has no patience, which means he has no idea how to do business. He can't even get Raw shows set until two minutes before it starts, so why would he be able to make this work?
