WWE News: Dolph Ziggler Possibly Being Added to WWE Title Match at WWE TLC

Over the past couple of months, Dolph Ziggler has been the WWE’s biggest workhorse. 

He’s appeared on both Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown most weeks, and he pulled double duty by competing in two matches at both Vengeance and Survivor Series. 

And guess what? Ziggler might do it again.

There is talk that WWE United States Champion Dolph Ziggler may be added to the Triple Threat TLC Match for the WWE Title at WWE’s TLC pay-per-view with CM Punk, The Miz and Alberto Del Rio. 

This would continue Dolph’s recent trend of working two matches on WWE pay-per-view events. 

"

I like this move for a few reasons. 

For starters, having Ziggler compete in multiple matches at three straight pay-per-views makes him seem like a big deal and someone who’s up for any challenge. If he’s competing in two title matches at one PPV, people are going to notice this guy and view him as a hard worker who will do whatever it takes to get to the top. 

It’s also great to get Ziggler some more experience working with the top names in all of the WWE. 

He’s already faced CM Punk, Randy Orton and Sheamus—three of the top four stars in the company—in three consecutive weeks on Raw. So, putting him in yet another high-profile match with the likes of The Miz, Alberto Del Rio and Punk is going to make it a lot easier for people to start viewing him as a main event talent. 

I personally think Ziggler should completely move on from the mid-card and work as a main eventer full-time because he’s ready to compete for World championships. 

Putting him in two matches yet again at WWE TLC is a good start. That way, the WWE can start highlighting both Ziggler’s endurance and his skills in the ring. 

I know some people might disagree with giving Ziggler a spot in the WWE Championship match as well as the US title match (especially if he loses to Zack Ryder first), but it’s only going to get him more heat and prove that he can hang with the big boys. 

This could be a big opportunity for Ziggler, and I fully expect him to deliver the goods.
