Another WWE Return for Trish Stratus?

Many saw Trish Stratus return to the ring this past Monday on WWE RAW. She did well and looked like she wrestled the day before. She didn't miss a beat and for that only is the reason she is still my favorite Diva of all time.

But since she did so well there is a huge chance she might be back. Sort of like Michael Jordan did with the Chicago Bulls. Well I don't see her returning long, but there is a huge chance she could be at this year's Wrestlemania.

Since it is the 25 anniversury you have to believe it will happen. Jim Ross put out his blog this week to talk about Trish and a possible return. Check it out:

"It was great Monday getting a few moments to visit with Trish Stratus who still looks awesome, her husband HAS to be the luckiest man in Canada, and the hometown fans in TO really loved seeing the former seven time WWE Womens Champion.

Trish really strengthened the competition within the Divas when she was wrestling full time and is arguably the greatest female performer of the modern era. She would get my vote.

 I don't think that Trish is interested in getting back on the road full time but perhaps she could be convinced to make a few more special appearances. I would love to see more of her...that didn't come out just right...as she adds "star power" to any event in which she is involved.

I have written about it before but I vividly remember Trish's first WWE interview in my office in Stamford and when she left I had the feeling we had just found someone special.

Luckily, I was right on that one. The utilization of Trish Monday night was extremely effective as the fans have made an emotional investment in her over the years and ate up the fact that Trish was going to be competing in a rare and unique wrestling match. Perhaps the WWE can find a way to make Trish a part of WM25 in Houston in April of 2009."

JR is a big influential name in the WWE, so if he wants to see her then you might think it could happen. She did well as I mentioned in her in-ring return. So what's to say she can't do it again?

And it is just one night, so I'm sure she wouldn't be against it. She could even pimp her new TV show, Stratusphere. Which is a show she does where she goes to different countries and experiences the culture there.

It is a good show and it did get picked up for another season. It was mainly in Canada, and it is supposed to be in the U.S. this year. It is on Discovery Channel.

Anyway back to the WWE, Stratus would do it if asked I think. All Vince has to do is ask. What do you think about a Trish Stratus return at Wrestlemania?
