Huge BREAKING NEWS in the WWE!

Joe Burgett Dec 23, 2008

I just looked on the Internet about five minutes ago and I have some big news regarding and Edge and Jeff Hardy gimmick match-up, a return, and debut. Lets get started:

Starting with Edge and Jeff Hardy. Many have speculated on a possible Tables Ladders and Chairs match between them, and it looks like it may be happening. SmackDown writer Michael Hayes likes the idea.

He wants to do it, because he feels Jeff Hardy and Edge are the two best at it and having it for the WWE Title looks to be the best-case scenario.

On to WWE developmental star Kizarny. He had a dark match this week before RAW and is supposed to debut next week on SmackDown. He actually was supposed to debut a month ago, but didn't have the writing ready for him yet.

The WWE is contemplating pinning the Hardy attack on him. Edge and Kizarny have been friends since childhood and it would work for them. Kizarny is an unknown guy really and I feel this would make him a household name if he were to do it.

Of course with the Christian Cage return rumors out the WWE was of course thinking about having Cage come in with a bang and be the one who attacked Hardy, but I think they may want to have Kizarny do it because Cage wouldn't be able to wrestle for some time.

You may have seen a promo last week for a developmental wrestler claiming he was of the night and saying Undertaker like things, he actually was going to be in a storyline feud with the Undertaker.

But Vince McMahon nixed the idea before it started; he felt having him come in with such a high-class storyline with Taker would be too much for the developmental star.

WWE has let the Umaga return slip too. He should be back soon; they are claiming next week, or mid-January on SmackDown. It would be Umaga's first appearance on SmackDown since he was drafted there from RAW in the summer.

He has been out with an injury and looks to be dominate as ever. The WWE will probably give Umaga an unknown or mid-card type guy to beat up on in his return, no word on whom yet.

With Batista out until at least June, August being the worst-case scenario the WWE has been contemplating who could replace him.

There is a rumor it is a big name star returning to the WWE, but they have not released the name yet. But he is supposed to be a member of the roster and not a one-time appearance.

So it looks as if he may be a big star we all know and like, I think it is Stone Cold myself. I can tell you it is not the Rock, so sorry guys. Stone Cold is rumored to be inducted in the WWE Hall of Fame this year so I'd think it would be him.

Stone Cold mentioned he wanted a Ric Flair-type leave. Check WWE.com, I believe he is still a member of the RAW roster. So he has not yet retired, and of course he cannot handle the WWE schedule for a long period of time.

That was the reason we haven't seen him, and the fact he has been doing a good bit of acting. So I think Stone Cold will be back, and since it is the Road to Wrestlemania I'd think so.

What do you guys think about it?
