Week 13 NFL Picks: Colts vs. Patriots and the Biggest Blowouts

Ryan RudnanskyNov 30, 2011

When you're the 0-11 Indianapolis Colts, getting blown out of the water becomes a regular occurrence.

The Colts have suffered some horrible defeats this season, including that 62-7 drubbing at the hands of the New Orleans Saints in Week 7.

In Week 12, the Colts fell to the mighty (insert sarcasm here) Carolina Panthers, 27-19, allowing the Panthers to rush for over 200 yards.

The Colts are just one of three teams that will get blown out in Week 13.

3. New York Giants vs. Green Bay Packers

If you talked to me (or wrote to me) back in Week 9, I would have never imagined the New York Giants to fall this hard just three weeks later.

After defeating the New England Patriots on a last-second touchdown, the Giants have now lost their last three games to the San Francisco 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles and New Orleans Saints.

Against the Saints in Week 12, the Giants defense allowed a whopping 49 points and proved they were out of the game before it even started.

Now the Giants get to face the Green Bay Packers with New York at its weakest point.

It's not going to be pretty in New York.

2. Cleveland Browns vs. Baltimore Ravens

The Browns have one of the worse offenses in the league, averaging just 15.0 points per game, and the "loss" of running back Peyton Hillis hasn't helped.

Now they get to face the Ravens, who are allowing just 16.5 points per game this season.

The Ravens have also proven they can put up some points this season, averaging 24.7 points per game, and they're coming off a monumental victory over the 49ers in Week 12.

Does any of this sound good for the Browns?

1. Indianapolis Colts at New England Patriots

The Colts are giving up 29.7 points per game this season, worst in the NFL.

The Patriots are averaging 30.1 points per game, third in the NFL.

On top of this, the Colts are playing the Patriots in Foxboro and the Patriots just defeated the Eagles, 38-20.

The Colts also just gave up 27 points to the Panthers.

Call me crazy, but this looks like a blowout to me.
