Raiders vs. Dolphins: TV Schedule, Live Stream, Radio, Game Time and More
The Miami Dolphins' surprise winning streak has come to an end, but the Oakland Raiders' is still going.
At 7-4, the surprise Raiders are in charge of the AFC West and look to hold off Tim Tebow's surging Denver Broncos for a postseason berth.
Barring any miraculous collapse, the Raiders or Broncos are in position to finally overtake the Chargers (and one year of the Chiefs) as the top team in the AFC West.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
As for the Dolphins, it is admirable that they did not quit on their coach this year, but this still a team in transition.
They have a number of talented young players as well as a few surprises, but a franchise quarterback and new head coach is likely where they are headed. They still have five more games to play though, and no player wants to lose when they step on the field.

What's at Stake?
Conference leverage. The Raiders cannot afford an AFC loss right now. Miami stands to gain little from a win, but the Raiders have as much to gain as they do to lose.
Whether or not Darren McFadden is back in the lineup is irrelevant at this point. The Silver and Black will only be better when he finally returns, but they must be able to keep winning games without the way they have been doing for the last few weeks.

Fantasy Start 'Em, Sit 'Em, Sleeper
Start 'Em: Carson Palmer, QB, Raiders
The Dolphins can stop the run, but their secondary gives up a lot yards through the air. Carson Palmer is starting to put things together and unless McFadden makes an appearance, the Raiders will be forced to use their passing attack to loosen up the Dolphins run D.
Oakland will want to prove they can run, but look for Palmer to have success when he drops back.
Sit 'Em: Michael Bush, RB, Raiders
See above reasons.
Sleeper: Reggie Bush, RB, Dolphins
Miami will make it a point to get him the football. Oakland isn't very good against the run (27th in the league) and Bush has become more and more comfortable in the Dolphins backfield. They'll also likely shift him around and get the ball out quickly on the edges.
What They're Saying
The Sacramento Bee talks about the Raiders trying to ignore the hype surrounding their best record since 2002:
"So for the first time in nine years, there is playoff chatter, not only on sports talk radio and TV and through other media outlets, but also around team headquarters.
Coach Hue Jackson knows how the Raiders can handle the expectations that come with being a playoff contender.
"We have to stop reading the hype," Jackson said jokingly. "We have to stay away from the media. That's what we have to do."
Jackson acknowledged that reaching the playoffs won't come from ignoring the coverage, but rather by committing fewer penalties, stopping the run, forcing turnovers and committing fewer of them.
The Raiders control their playoff fate and still have a chance at a first-round bye depending on what happens in the other AFC division races.
And whether Jackson likes it or not, the Raiders are becoming more of a media focus locally and nationally.
"
The Miami Sun-Sentinel talks about how the Dolphins players refuse to acknowledge themselves as "spoilers":
"These Dolphins aren’t quite ready to accept that label. Sure, their playoff hopes are likely dashed (unless something drastic happens). But the players are taking different approach despite this season being lost.
“Spoiler role, you’re insinuating that we’re out of it and that we have nothing to play for,” linebacker Kevin Burnett said. “And I don’t see it that way.”
These five games are more than just a chance to upset some team tuning up for the playoffs. The buzz around the locker room today was a group of players still playing for pride. A strong finish could also provide some much-needed momentum heading into next season.
"
The Dolphins can believe what they want, but they are playing the "spoiler" role now.
Raiders Player To Watch: Carson Palmer, QB
This has more to do than with just this particular game. The quarterback of the Raiders has them in position for a postseason berth. The Raiders are a run-first team, but winning games in the postseason will require Palmer to make plays too.
This Dolphins secondary has given up some huge days so far this season and there is plenty of potential plays to be made with some of the weapons the Raiders have.
Dolphins Players To Watch: Daniel Thomas, RB
We know what Reggie Bush is about. He's certainly proving to be more capable as a between-the-tackles runner than expected, but we know his strengths and weaknesses.
The same can't be said of rookie Daniel Thomas. He has a ton of potential and the Dolphins need to know what they've got in him.
Oakland is terrible against the run and we should expect to see the Dolphins use both Bush and Thomas.
He's going to be the future for the Dolphins in the backfield...or not. They need to find out.
Key Matchup: Raiders run game vs. Dolphins front seven
The Raiders are going to want to run the football in the postseason and they are going to see top-tier rush defenses with regularity. Miami is a top-10 team against the run right now and this a great opportunity for them.
Oakland currently holds a one-game lead on a Broncos team they split with this season.
They can't afford a loss here, but they also need to prove they can run the football.
On the Hot Seat: Tony Sparano, Dolphins
What more is there to say about a guy who knows he is a sitting duck?
Prediction: Raiders 24, Dolphins 20
