Terrell Owens Rumors: Rosenhaus Sighting on Patriots Sidelines Means Nothing
Terrell Owens is still out of a job and there are only five weeks left in the NFL regular season.
The future Hall of Fame wide receiver held an open workout in October and didn't look entirely healthy. He continues to recover from a torn ACL and there hasn't been much interest from NFL teams throughout the league.
But, as we well know, people love to make something out of nothing in certain situations. That nothing is NFL super-agent Drew Rosenhaus being spotted on the New England Patriots sideline before their game with the Eagles yesterday.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
According to Comcast Sports Net New England:
"Hours after our good friend Mike Florio relayed the news that there's a team "very interested" in signing Terrell Owens, Owens' agent, Drew Rosenhaus is on the Patriots sideline as New England gets ready for the Eagles.
The report, which originated with ESPN's Adam Schefter, said that Rosenhaus wouldn't name the team because of the sensitive nature of the discussions.
"
Is it curious that Rosenhaus was on the Patriots' sideline around the same time as Owens news breaks? Sure.
Is anything possible when Bill Belichick is involved? You bet.
But let's remember that Rosenhaus represents approximately 150 star players, including players on both the Patriots and Eagles. In fact, he represents New England's Chad Ochocinco and Philadelphia's DeSean Jackson. Both wide receivers have their own contract issues as it is.
Ocho doesn't deserve to be paid the way he is playing and Jackson wants to be paid.
And why the Patriots would be interested in Owens makes little-to-no sense anyway.
Belichick has missed big time with the last two high-risk signings and there is no reason to jump on Owens.
If the Patriots really want to go after a receiver to help stretch the field they know exactly which No. 81 they need to turn to.
This is just another fun-to-talk-about scenario with no validity right now. Crazier things have happened, but there are over 150 other reasons why Rosenhaus' visit to sideline didn't involve Owens at all.
