Seattle Seahawks vs. St. Louis Rams: Spread Info, Line and Predictions
Two teams that finished 7-9 and tied for the NFC West lead last season will square off in their first meeting of 2011 on Sunday.
The Seattle Seahawks, who won the NFC West in 2010, will travel east to take on the St. Louis Rams.
Neither team is really in playoff contention this year, as the 8-1 49ers have the NFC West all but sewn up.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Seahawks enter the game at 3-6, tied for second place in the division. The Rams are a game behind them at 2-7.
Where: Edward Jones Dome. St. Louis, Missouri
When: Sunday, Nov. 20 at 4:05 p.m. EST.
Watch: Fox
Spread: Rams (-3), according to Bodog.
You can see my number below. It is a Rams win and cover, although I would be lying if I said I was extremely confident in it. Three points is pretty much the standard for the home team. I'll go with the Rams to win and cover, but there are better bets this week.
Over/Under: 39, according to Bodog.
This is one of those better bets. I like the under here, and I actually like it a lot. I just don't have any real confidence in either of these offenses. Even in a dome, I like a low-scoring battle.
Key Injuries
Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin, WR Sidney Rice and QB Tarvaris Jackson are probable.
Seahawks S Kam Chancellor is questionable.
Rams CB Al Harris and TE Michael Hoomanawanui are out.
Rams RB Cadillac Williams is doubtful.
Rams WR Danario Alexander, RB Jerious Norwood, WR Brandon Gibson and TE Lance Kendricks are questionable.
Rams QB Sam Bradford is probable.
Fantasy Big Plays
I am not expecting a lot of points from this game at all. Either defense is likely a good play.
I like Sidney Rice for the Seahawks. The Rams' pass defense leaves a lot to be desired.
In a dome, I also like both kickers in this game. A battle of the field goals is quite likely.
Keys to Seahawks Win
Marshawn Lynch is the key for them. If he has a good game, Seattle will win. If not, the Seahawks will lose. Even against an opponent like the Rams, Tarvaris Jackson is not good enough to win a game on his own, certainly not on the road.
Keys to Rams Win
Sam Bradford needs to run the offense and not turn the ball over. If the Rams force Seattle to consistently drive the length of the field, the Rams will have an edge.
Prediction: Rams 19, Seahawks 14
Neither team is particularly good, but both come in on a bit of a hot streak, winning their last games.
The best guess is to say that they will split the season series, with each team winning at home. That's what I am going with here.
