NFL power rankings are constantly shifting.
With the amount of unpredictability we've witnessed this season, they've been harder to construct than ever before.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Moving Up
Chicago Bears
The Bears can seemingly do no wrong. Even when they don't get a huge performance out of their star runner Matt Forte, they can win.
Just ask the Detroit Lions, who were man handled by Chicago on Soldier Field 37-13 on Sunday.
The defense isn't as stout as we've seen in the past, but they turn the ball over and are getting impact plays from Brian Urlacher, Lance Briggs and Julius Peppers.
Not surprising.
A four-game winning streak will shoot you up anyone's power rankings, that's for sure.
Oakland Raiders
I had the Raiders 18th in my Week 10 power rankings. They deserved it. They had been shut out at home by the Chiefs and lost to Tim Tebow's Broncos in embarrassing fashion.
That's the crazy thing with this AFC West. It's impossible to figure out.
Oakland imposed it's will with Michael Bush against the Chargers and find themselves on top of the division.
Moving Down
Buffalo Bills
A few weeks ago, the Bills were as high as No. 6 in my power rankings. Two straight humiliating defeats, and they're No. 17 this week.
The offense has slipped into a coma and the defense has been exposed by Mark Sanchez and Tony Romo in consecutive weeks.
Fred Jackson leads the NFL in rushing, but he's accumulated a lot of garbage time yards of late.
Chan Gailey must make tweaks on offense and the defense needs to find a way to get off the field on third downs or the former darlings of the league will continue to plummet.
