NFL Power Rankings: Cellar Dwellers That Have No Hope of Moving Up
With the regular season more than halfway completed, it's time for some teams to admit defeat. While players have too much pride to tank for a better draft pick, don't be surprised if bottom feeders start giving their younger players more playing time as they look to the future.
With that in mind, here are three cellar dwellers with no hope of advancing up the rankings.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Everybody knew Peyton Manning was one of the league's most valuable players and he has the hardware to prove it. However, I don't think anybody knew he was this valuable. Indianapolis' various flaws have been exposed and a winless season is certainly possible.
Even though having the first overall pick would be a blessing for the Colts, it could also be a curse. They'll be forced to decide between Peyton Manning and Andrew Luck because you can't draft Luck and expect him to sit idly by until Manning's contract ends.
Final record prediction: 1-15
Minnesota Vikings
Minnesota waived the white flag when it inserted rookie quarterback Christian Ponder into the starting lineup. Ponder has shown glimpses of being worth the high pick used to draft him, but he's still a work on progress and will need an offseason to digest everything he's learned.
The Vikings have some nice building blocks in the likes of Ponder, Adrian Peterson and Chad Greenway. The goal moving forward should be adding depth to the defense and getting a more consistent top target for Ponder.
Final record prediction: 3-13
Cleveland Browns
Peyton Hillis hasn't been able to stay healthy while he angles for a new contract and without his contributions the Browns offense never had much of a chance. Their receiving corps is among the league's worst, leaving Colt McCoy in a difficult position.
Cleveland's defense is good enough to be a playoff contender, ranking sixth in yards allowed per game, but could benefit from forcing more turnovers. That said, the Browns should use nearly their entire draft to add offensive pieces.
Final record prediction: 4-12
