The 2011 NFL season is already onto its 11th week of action, and the power rankings have exposed some serious flaws in the league.
Teams that are supposed to be powerhouses this season have sputtered and stalled early and still have not gotten into gear.
Whether it was the lockout-shortened offseason or just a lack of chemistry with new players, the following teams have underperformed and are falling fast in the rankings.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Philadelphia Eagles
The Philadelphia Eagles made the biggest splash in the offseason by signing almost every big-name free agent available.
With all of the talent, many experts were calling for a Super Bowl parade in Philadelphia this season, but things haven’t been that easy.
The team is having a hard time transitioning to a new system with all of the new pieces, and until they figure it out, they will continue to struggle.
San Diego Chargers
As always, the San Diego Chargers have hit a skid that looks like it will be too tough to overcome.
After starting the season 4-1 and looking as if they stopped the demons that plague their early seasons, the Chargers have lost four in a row and are in a complete tailspin.
The problem is the lack of talent around Philip Rivers and how he feels that he needs to win every game single-handedly.
Buffalo Bills
The AFC East looked like it was up for grabs early this season, but that may have been the rust from an offseason that featured none of the standard procedures from years past.
With the teams all starting to get their feet under them, the cream is again rising to the top and the mediocre teams outworking their rank are coming back to Earth.
That means the solid Buffalo Bills will be exposed as the one-dimensional team they really are, and the Jets and Patriots will pass them and won’t look back.
