WWE Cannot Find a Replacement for Undertaker After He Retires

Just like fans of every other television show out there, wrestling fans like to speculate.

They like to speculate on stories and characters. They also like to speculate on the performers themselves. The promoter's job is to keep fans speculating.

One of the biggest speculations in professional wrestling over the last few years has involved the Undertaker and his imminent retirement from the business.

Fans want to know how someone so legendary can be replaced. They also try to figure out who in the business today can fill those shoes.

Those speculations need to stop. Undertaker cannot be replaced.

First of all, it's quite disrespectful to his accomplishments to think that he can be replaced. There was nothing like him before he came around, and it's hard to imagine that there's anything that's going to be like him when he leaves.

What he's accomplished has been amazing. It shouldn't be downplayed with talks about his potential replacement.

Secondly, WWE caught lightning in a bottle when Undertaker was brought into the company. It's easy to say it now, but very few people back then thought that the gimmick was going to reach legendary levels.

Many believed he would have been lucky to have lasted a year. WWE was well known for their ridiculous characters back then, and this one could have been one of the best. Fortunately, though, Mark Calaway was determined to make it work.

If you can find someone as special as Mark Calaway, then you might be lucky enough to find someone that can replace the Undertaker.
