Penn State Scandal: Allegations in Texas Dig Jerry Sandusky Even Bigger Hole

Allegations that Jerry Sandusky committed an offense in Texas while Penn State took part in the Alamo Bowl in 1999 show that we have no idea just how widespread Sandusky's alleged reign of terror stretched.
