Germany and the Netherlands were supposed to play an international friendly on Friday, but the match was postponed.
Hopefully the match can be rescheduled, because this is a fixture between two of the best football powers in the world.
Both teams have qualified for the Euro 2012 tournament that will take place next summer in Poland and Ukraine.
These countries are looking to build on their success at the 2010 World Cup with an impressive performance at next summer's Euro's.
Germany lost to Spain in the World Cup semifinal last year, and Netherlands lost 1-0 in extra time of the World Cup final to Spain.
This match will be a great test for both teams, each of whom have great young players. Germany wasn't supposed to be a major contender at the World Cup last summer, but many of their young players such as Mesut Ozil, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Thomas Muller and Manuel Neuer played great.
Germany comes into Euro 2012 as one of the top favorites in the competition. Now that their young stars have proven themselves on the world's biggest stage, they will have the confidence needed to get back to the final. Germany made the final of Euro 2008 and lost 1-0 to Spain.
The Netherlands also have young stars ready to improve on the international stage. Eljero Elia, Wesley Sneijder and GregoryVan Der Wiel are three of many young stars looking to take the Netherlands to European glory.
Hopefully this match can be rescheduled because it is very exciting to see two highly-skilled footballing powers go at each other for 90 minutes.
Both teams will want to put very good lineups on the field despite being a friendly, because this match will allow each nation to see where they are in preparing for Euro 2012.
