NFL Week 10 Picks: Projecting Top Star Performances in Victories

Chris TrapassoNov 9, 2011

Usually when a team wins in the NFL, it is in large part to a huge performance from one singular player.

These guys will have the biggest days en route to their team's victory this weekend.

Aaron Rodgers

I'll get him out of the way early. The Packers host the Vikings on Monday Night and I expect Mr. Rodgers to have another game with a quarterback rating of 110 or higher.

It has become the norm for No. 12.

Adrian Peterson may have a huge game as well, but Minnesota won't be able to stick with Green Bay offensively.

Michael Turner

The Saints' defense has been their greatest weakness this season and the Falcons have established Michael Turner early.

They didn't need their star runner last week in their Week 9 beat down of the Colts, but they'll utilize him this week to keep Drew Brees off the field.

In a closely contested game, Turner will be the difference and should go over the 100-yard mark and score at least one touchdown.

Antonio Brown

The Steelers have been getting great production out of their second-year receiver, as teams have focused their defensive game plans around Mike Wallace.

Brown has been the most targeted receiver in the last two weeks for the Steelers. He has 14 catches for 176 yards in that span.

Wallace will continue to be the best deep threat on the team, but with Emmanuel Sanders and Hines Ward sidelined, Brown is primed to have another big day against the Bengals.

He'll be featured on a variety of short passes with his incredible ability to get yards after the catch.

This game will go down to the final minutes, and Brown will be one of the reasons the Steelers pull out a huge road victory.
