WWE Armageddon Results: Jeff Hardy Finally Wins His First World Title!

Here are the results from WWE Armageddon:

WWE Championship Triple Threat:

Jeff Hardy defeated Triple H and Edge.

Triple H pedigreed Edge and went for the pin, but Jeff hit the Swanton Bomb and got the pinfall over Edge to win his very first WWE Title.

World Heavyweight Championship Match:

John Cena retained over Chris Jericho.

Chris Jericho had the Walls of Jericho locked in, but Cena refused to tap. Cena powered out of the Walls and reversed it into an STFU and Jericho tapped out.

Eight-Diva Tag Team Match:

Michelle McCool, Mickie James, Kelly Kelly, and Maria and defeated Maryse, Natalya, Victoria, and Jillian Hall.

Michelle McCool pinned Jillian Hall to score the victory for her team.

Khali Kiss Cam:

After the match, The Great Khali and manager Ranjin Singh came out for the Khali Kiss Cam. All of the Divas backed off though. Ranjin Singh had a backup plan though and he called out Mae Young who planted a long kiss on the lips of Khali.

Singles Match:

Batista defeated Randy Orton

Batista had Orton in the corner and was punching him, but Orton tried to reverse it into an Alabama Slam or sorts. But then Batista reversed that and hit the Batista Bomb to score the victory.

Belfast Brawl:

Finlay defeated Mark Henry.

Finlay tries to use shelaliegh, but Henry knocks him down and then breaks it. Finlay then tries a Kendo stick, but Henry snaps it over his knee. Henry has a bearhug on Finlay, but Hornswoggle gets on the apron, only to be crashed into by Finlay. Henry gets the steel stairs, but a dropkick by Finlay causes Henry to fall face first onto them. Hornswoggle tosses Finlay a second shelaleigh and Finlay hits Henry with it to score the pinfall.

JBL and Shawn Michaels Promo:

Shawn Michaels explained that he had to take JBL's job offer because even though he is a superstar on TV, he is not immune to the economic crisis. He doesn't know how much time he has left in the business, and he needs to be able to support his family.

IC Title Shot Tournament Finals:

CM Punk defeated Rey Mysterio to become the new #1 contender for the Intercontinental Championship.

CM Punk is about to hit the GTS but Mysterio reverses into a Hurricanrana sending Punk into the ropes. Rey hits the 619, but misses a splash. He tries to pin anyway but doesn't get the win. He then springboards off the top rope but is caught by Punk, who then hits the GTS for the win.

Singles Match:

Vladimir Kozlov defeated Matt Hardy.

Hardy has Kozlov in the corner and he climbs the ropes, but is sent face first into the steel ring post. Then Koslov hits the headbutt into Matt Hardy's chest and then hits the spinebuster type move he does to get the win.
