NFL Week 10 Picks: Quick Predictions for the Week's Marquee Matchups
It's only Tuesday, but let's make some quick predictions on the best games of the Week 10 NFL schedule:
Oakland Raiders (4-4) at San Diego Chargers (4-4)
This is a huge game for two AFC West rivals who are coming off tough losses. The Chargers are at home, but they've been through a roller coaster ride over the past two weeks and playing on Thursday night doesn't help their cause.

Raiders 24, Chargers 23
Buffalo Bills (5-3) at Dallas Cowboys (4-4)
What are we to make of the Bills, who have traded wins and losses over the past five weeks? If you're going by that trend, then the Bills are due to win this week. I like what Fred Jackson could do against a defense that has been ever-suseptible against the run in recent weeks.
Bills 27, Cowboys 20
New Orleans Saints (6-3) at Atlanta Falcons (5-3)
In the NFC South, this game has big implications on who wins the division and who will fight for a wild-card spot. I worry about the Saints, as they've been a much different team away from New Orleans this season. The Falcons are heating up at the right time, too.
Falcons 30, Saints 20
Pittsburgh Steelers (6-3) at Cincinnati Bengals (6-2)
It took 10 weeks, the 6-2 Bengals finally get their first swing at one of the AFC North's bullies. Will they prove their start is legit, or will the Steelers rebound after a tough home loss? I'll take the proven commodity.
Steelers 24, Bengals 16
New York Giants (6-2) at San Francisco 49ers (7-1)
Say what you want about some of the division games in Week 10, but 49ers vs. Giants is the best game of the weekend. The 49ers have won six straight and will host a Giants team that is starting to establish itself as an NFC contender. Despite the long travel, I like Eli Manning and the Giants to knock off the 49ers on the road.
Giants 20, 49ers 10
Detroit Lions (6-2) at Chicago Bears (5-3)
The Lions have had two weeks to get ready for the Bears, who just finished a tough Monday night win in Philadelphia. Bye weeks haven't proven to be that friendly to teams in 2011, and I like what the Bears are starting to do on offense with Jay Cutler and Matt Forte. Far too many people have forgotten about Chicago this season. They'll win another statement game in Week 10 to get to second place in the NFC North.
Bears 27, Lions 17
New England Patriots (6-3) at New York Jets (5-3)
This will be a game of two teams headed in opposite directions. Losers of two straight and three of six, the Patriots are reeling. The Jets have discovered their running game, and the defense is suffocating defenses once again. At home, the Jets stake their claim as the team to beat in the AFC East.
Jets 23, Patriots 20
