10 Celebrities and the UFC Fighters They Should Call out

G DNov 7, 2011

As the sport of mixed martial arts continues to grow, so does its fan base.

Specifically, the UFC has developed a fan base of professional athletes and celebrities across the globe due to the exceptional entertainment it provides.

And, as time progresses, we've seen more and more celebrities become involved with the sport of MMA.

We've seen celebrities sit back and enjoy the show and we've seen others critique or call out specific fighters.

While it hasn't happened too often, it's time for these celebrities to starting putting fighters on blast and challenging them to a match inside the Octagon.

And, while they certainly wouldn't last long, it'd be humorous to see.

So, the following slides display 10 celebrities and the UFC fighters they should call out.

Let's take a look.

Justin Bieber vs. Dominick Cruz

1 of 10

Justin Bieber has shown an interest in the sport of mixed martial arts when he was spotted at UFC 132 in Las Vegas, Nev.

And, if Bieber is going to blast a fighter in the UFC, it better be one of the smallest guys possible.

Who better than UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz? Or not.

Estimated survival time: 7 seconds

Charles Barkley vs. Junior Dos Santos

2 of 10

Charles Barkley is one of the biggest-named celebrities seen at a live UFC pay-per-view event, as he is an avid fan of mixed martial arts.

If Barkley were to put anyone on blast, it would have to be a UFC heavyweight as Barkley is 6'6'' and 250+ lbs.

Barkley vs. current UFC No. 1 contender Junior Dos Santos could be one for the ages.

Estimated survival time: 41 seconds

Chad Ochocinco vs. Anderson Silva

3 of 10

Chad Ochocinco has done just about everything a man can do in the world of sports.

He's played in the NFL, tried out for the MLS, rode a bull, and even called out the world's greatest fighter in Anderson Silva.

Chances are, Silva wouldn't be as generous to Ochocinco as he was to Demian Maia at UFC 112.

Estimated survival time: 29 seconds (enough time to run around the Octagon)

7 of 10

You can't make a list of celebrities without Cleveland, Ohio's favorite man, LeBron James.

Estimated survival time: 1 minute and 21 seconds

The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar

8 of 10

It appears as if "The Undertaker" had some unfinished business with former WWE pro wrestler Brock Lesnar following his defeat to Cain Velasquez at UFC 121.

What better way to test those skills than to call out Lesnar?

Dwayne Johnson is a man of many talents as he's a former Miami Hurricanes football player, retired WWE wrestler, and a current actor.
