WWE World Tag Titles: What Happens Next?

As most of us woke up this morning to hear the news that The Miz and John Morrison had won the World Tag Team Championship from Kofi Kingston and CM Punk, it poses the question: What happens next?

The WWE have been pretty diligent in making sure that the titles are evenly spread over the two top brands. Following the last draft, the two World Championships were due to go to Smackdown after wins from HHH and Edge at One Night Stand, which was swiftly rectified by CM Punk cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase the following Raw.

I just can’t help thinking the situation will stay the same for long. Raw has now only got two tag teams in Priceless and Cryme Tyme, and assuming Kofi and Punk won’t stay a tag team after that, something has to change. I can see there being 3 routes the WWE could go down following this title change:

1. Miz and Morrison move to Raw and become a permanent fixture there. Thus taking the titles with them and evening the balance of titles between Raw and Smackdown.

2. They lose the titles quite quickly to a Raw tag team, and they stay a part of ECW.

3. They stay at ECW and keep the titles, leaving a big gap in the titles on the flagship show, which I see being the least likely of the three options.

It’s quite obvious the WWE gave the titles to them to allow CM Punk to concentrate on the IC title, but it can't stay this way for long. How do you think it will all pan out?
