Colts Hit All-Time Low: Time to Fire Caldwell, Coaching Staff and Polian
Every week I say it can't get any worse than this, but after an embarrassing 31-7 home loss at the hands of the Atlanta Falcons, it does.
The Colts never showed up today.
They gave up 432 total yards to a mediocre Falcons team while only gaining 186 yards themselves.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Jerraud Powers made the only good play of the day for the Colts by returning an interception for a pick-six in the first half.
Inexcusable.
The Colts are now the only winless team left with the Miami Dolphins upset win at Arrowhead Stadium against the Kansas City Chiefs today.
This 0-9 start is the worst since 1997 and I honestly don't see it stopping anytime soon unless the Colts organization makes a huge overhaul.
You have to start off with firing Jim Caldwell. Why keep him any longer? He's the worst head coach in NFL history. I know I've said this before, but he makes no adjustments and just stands there like a bump on a log.
Why pay someone to just show up and stand around?
He's worthless and I'm pretty sure there's more people in a retirement home showing more effort on a daily basis.
Next person, or in this case, people, to fire is the coordinators. Both are awful and have shown me nothing since they've been hired.
I said in my last article, to beat the Falcons you have to bring pressure on Matt Ryan and force him to make mistakes. Today there was no pressure whatsoever.
On the offensive side of the ball, the Colts were shutout. They're too predictable.
Why run the ball on first and second down and gain nothing, then be forced with 3rd-and-long and pass the ball short? It makes no sense.
It's bad when your injured quarterback is coaching more than the three combined.
To me, it looks like they're trying to lose on purpose and get the first pick in next year's draft. If that's the case, then not only fire this coaching staff, but fire Bill Polian and ban Colts owner Jim Irsay from the NFL for life.
That's interfering with the integrity of the game and a slap in the face for the fans. These fans spend over $100 for eight games to come watch this pathetic display of football.
Andrew Luck will be no help for this team when the coaches don't coach or help. The Colts need a secondary and new defensive line. They need a new offensive line and some receiving help on offense.
What help will Luck be?
Something needs to be done to get to winning this season because this team is too talented to be 0-9.
As of now, this team doesn't deserve Lucas Oil Stadium or the money the fans have put forth until Irsay makes some changes.
