NFL Week 9 Injury Report: Latest Fantasy Projections for Daniel Thomas & Others
Daniel Thomas is indeed active today, but don't expect too much from the rookie. He will share a lot of carries with Reggie Bush, who had an excellent game last week against the Giants. Going against a solid Chiefs defense, I would only play Thomas if I needed to get through a bye week or as a flex player.
Here are some more updates about this week's biggest fantasy studs.
Ryan Mathews
1 of 4According to Adam Schefter, Chargers running back Ryan Mathews is not expected to play today. Tolbert should get a heavy load today against the Packers.
Sam Bradford
2 of 4Bradford will start today, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen. Bradford had an ankle injury, but delayed the decision until game time. If he can play as well as he usually does, he looks like a good start against a bad Cardinal defense.
Beanie Wells
3 of 4Despite being questionable all week with a knee injury, Beanie Wells looks to get the start against the Rams this week. The Rams run defense improved last week, but they had a strong outing against the Rams. If he is on your roster, he is worth a start.
Sidney Rice
4 of 4It looks like Sidney Rice is going to play today against the Cowboys. It helps that the Seahawks starting quarterback, Tavaris Jackson, is going to go as well. Rice is a good option against a banged-up Cowboys secondary.
