Week 9 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: 3 Players You Absolutely Must Start

There are plenty of other players besides Aaron Rodgers, Mike Vick, Arian Foster and Matt Forte that need to be in your fantasy lineup this week. I've got them for you, right here. 

I give to you Week 9's absolute must-starts.

Mike Tolbert

Forget the fact that the Packers run defense is currently ranked 10th in the league. It's not all about rushing yards with Tolbert.

The Chargers running back has 28 catches this season. What's more, Ryan Mathews is likely out with a groin injury. This season, Philip Rivers has shown that Tolbert is one of his favorite targets when he's on the field. 

He'll be effective in a game in which the Chargers will have to score a lot of points to keep up with the Packers.

Victor Cruz

With Hakeem Nicks out, Victor Cruz becomes the most dangerous target for the Giants. Meanwhile, the Patriots secondary is the worst in the league, allowing 323.1 yards per game through the air.

New York utilizes Cruz in a variety of ways, but loves him on the quick slant that allows him to showcase his abilities after the catch.

This game should be another high-scoring affair—I feel like I've said that a whole lot this season—and Cruz will be an integral part of the Giants offensive attack in Foxborough. 

BenJarvus Green-Ellis

Let's stay in New England for another guy that must be in your starting lineup. Tom Brady will put up his typical stats, but Green-Ellis is the key for New England.

If you discount the Patriots' beatdown of the Dolphins in Week 1—when Brady went berserk on the Dolphins secondary—Green-Ellis has averaged 18.5 carries in the team's other four wins.

Bill Belichick knows how important No. 42 has become to their offense. To keep the Giants defensive line from solely zoning-in on rushing Brady, he'll give Green-Ellis his fair share of touches.
