Week 9 Fantasy Football Rankings: Projecting This Week's Dominant WRs
The Detroit Lions are on the bye this week, which creates chaos in the fantasy football world for thousands of Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson owners.
Steve Smith of the Carolina Panthers gets the weekend off, too.
So, the top two fantasy receivers are not available this week.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Which pass-catchers will be Week 9's most dominant?
Greg Jennings, Green Bay Packers
Even with the way Aaron Rodgers spreads the football around to all his receivers, Jennings is still his favorite wideout and the Packers greatest deep threat. His 58 targets lead the team and he is averaging nearly 97 receiving yards per game.
Over the last two weeks, we've seen how susceptible the Chargers secondary can be, and we know that Jennings shows up big in critical matchups.
No. 85 should reel in between six and eight catches in this one and Rodgers will look his way in the red zone.
Wes Welker, New England Patriots
Welker is dealing with a neck injury that he suffered on a Troy Polamalu tackle in the Patriots loss last week to the Steelers. He should play this weekend at home against the Giants, and will bounce back from his 39-yard performance of Week 8.
The Giants secondary can be thrown on, and out of the slot, Welker will be a terror.
No way he's contained for a second straight game.
Dwayne Bowe, Kansas City Chiefs
Bowe has been an integral part of the Chiefs four-game winning streak. He's averaging 5.5 catches and 93.3 receiving yards per game in that stretch.
He possesses the ideal combination of size and speed and he's a fantastic route-runner with superb hands.
Against a winless Colts team in Week 5, Bowe exploded for seven grabs, 128 yards and two touchdowns. I expect him to have a similar outburst against a winless Dolphins team on Sunday.
