Week 9 Fantasy Football Rankings: Projecting the Riskiest WRs
Steve Johnson, Bills
Johnson takes the trip to Revis Island this week, which immediately drops the fantasy value for any receiver who visits. The island has been especially scary in 2011, too. Darrelle Revis is allowing just a 2.4 passer rating on passes thrown his way through seven games. Johnson might get his hands on a few balls, but don't expect good numbers in this matchup.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Texans cornerback Jonathan Joseph has quietly had himself a big season in 2011. His addition is the main reason why the Texans haven't taken a big step back in pass defense ever since Mario Williams went out. Houston is allowing under 160 yards per game since Williams' pectoral injury. With so few offensive weapons around Colt McCoy and Little, it's going to be tough for this combination to get much traction on the road in Houston.
Eric Decker, Broncos
Decker is a fantastic talent, but the concern here obviously centers around the Broncos quarterback (or lack thereof). Tim Tebow simply cannot distribute the ball consistently to any target on the field, and that includes Decker. While he caught a touchdown pass in garbage time last week, you just never know when Decker is going to have a game like in Tebow's first start (two catches, 21 yards).
Jabar Gaffney, Redskins
The Redskins' offense is in complete disarray. Santana Moss, Chris Cooley, Tim Hightower and now Fred Davis are all on the shelf. The offensive line allowed 10 sacks last week against the Bills in an embarrassing shutout. Gaffney was targeted five times as the Redskins No. 1 guy, but caught just four passes for 40 yards. Avoid the Redskins' offense at all costs right now.
Mike Williams, Buccaneers
The numbers are slowly getting better, but the fact remains that there just isn't any big plays in the Buccaneers passing game right now. Williams has hovered around 50-to-60 yards a week because of that lack of explosiveness. The targets will be there, but you can't really expect the kind of numbers Williams posted last year to show up in 2011.
