Manny Pacquiao: Pacman Will Make Juan Manuel Marquez Regret Not Being Afraid
Juan Manuel Marquez is telling anyone who will listen that he isnโt afraid of Manny Pacquiao.
He told BoxingScene.com,
""I've had a good trainingย camp for this fight.ย I have no fear to Pacquiao. I will do my best in the ring andย I am very calm. On Saturday I willย leave early to Los Angeles toย take part in severalย advertising commitments and on Mondayย I'll travelย to Las Vegas. [I will beat Pacquiao] with intelligence. I'm sure this time, Manny will useย his right hand more, but I'm working to be ready for whatever he brings,"
"
I wouldnโt be quite so confident if I were Marquez as Pacquiao is taking this fight personally and is training harder than he ever has before to knock him out.
Pacquiao is arguably the best fighter in the world right now (along with Floyd Mayweather but since these two refuse to fight one another, we will never know) and Marquez needs to stop running his mouth and just prepare to limit the damage.
Reports have it that Pacquiao is extremely upset about the results of their last two bouts and Marquezโs statements concerning them.
ESPN UK has it that,
"โAccording to those closest to him, Pacquiao is furious at Marquez's claim he was robbed of victory on the two previous occasions they have fought. In the first, Marquez battled back to earn a draw despite being floored three times in the first round; in the second, Pacquiao edged a split decision.โ
"
Marquez should be fearful that Pacquiao is going to just knock him out cold during their bout and leave absolutely no doubt that he is the better of the two fighters.
Pac-Man is certainly training for that outcome and his motivation couldnโt be any higher because of the constant attacks on the credibility of the last two fights.
When Marquez is lying on the mat struggling to even move on Nov. 12, he will wish he never started all of this.ย
