Looks like the Yanks don’t plan on stopping with CC. They are now supposedly offering A.J. a guaranteed five-year contract. The Yankees are now at $91 million in their proposal to A.J. Burnett, according to FOXSports.com’s Ken Rosenthal. The Braves offered him a five-year contract for $80 million contract.

I was kind of surprised by the outcome. I will never give up on Hughes, but the way everyone talks about him. I just assumed most gave up on the kid. I’m glad to hear the fans are supporting him.
