NFL Week 8 Picks: Which Teams Will Move Coaches Toward Unemployment?
Change is good, as long it's for the better. But regardless of what types of changes are made to the following three franchises, anything new is good.
The following three teams combine for a 2-17 record. Two of them have yet to win a game, while the other has a coach who's been on the hot seat more than once.
Jim Caldwell, Colts (at Tennessee)

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
It's clear that the only reason why Jim Caldwell had any success when taking over for Tony Dungy was because of Peyton Manning.
Unfortunately for Caldwell, though, Indy has been plagued by injuries, none more notably than Manning, and 2011 has become a complete meltdown in Circle City.
This week, Indy travels to divisional rival Tennessee. Although the Titans underachieving as well, they have shown an extreme upside such as their win over Baltimore. The Colts drop to 0-8, and if Caldwell isn't gone before season's end, he will be thereafter.
Titans over Colts
Tony Sparano, Dolphins (at NY Giants)
Much like Jim Caldwell, Tony Sparano had his starting QB get injured. Only difference, however, is that Sparano couldn't get a W with Chad Henne under center, whereas Caldwell at least had Peyton Manning.
And it appears The Wildcat has run its course in Miami. The Dolphins play the Giants in New York this week, and in addition to being 0-6, the 'Fins are lacking even the smallest amount of confidence.
Perhaps the home loss to Denver was the deal-breaker, because it's hard to have any motivation to play when your home crowd is rooting for the opposing QB. That said, the Giants need this win and to go all out anyway, because their remaining schedule is brutal.
Miami also loses because of a weak offense and a team who's completely unfocused.
Giants over Dolphins
Andy Reid, Eagles (vs. Dallas)
Alas, we come to the head coach on this list whose been on the hot seat more than once. However, the major difference between now and before, though, were the preseason expectations in Philly.
When your team has been dubbed the paper champions before the preseason even concludes, the pressure is unbearable, which has been proven thanks to the Eagles' 2-4 start.
Week 8 doesn't get any easier as well, because NFC East and hated-rival Dallas comes into town. It's a big Sunday night game, and the winner propels themselves into a race with the Giants for the division title.
Unfortunately, Reid and company will fall to Dallas thanks to a weak defensive front and offensive line for pass-blocking. Dallas has the No. 1 rush defense and a stout pass rush, so Mike Vick is basically under duress all game lone, while Tony Romo manages the game to a T and the RB DeMarco Murray dominates once again.
