Broncos vs. Dolphins: 5 Halftime Adjustments Miami Must Make
To say the least, today's matchup between two teams with a combined 1-9 record has had more than enough hype.
But it has been an interesting game thus far as the Miami Dolphins take on the Denver Broncos at Sun Life Stadium. Brandon Marshall and the 'Fins are looking to silence the Tebow-lovers and get their first win of the 2011 season.
Hopefully, the Dolphins can use today's odd halftime ceremony to their advantage and come out firing in the third quarter. But here are five halftime adjustments the 'Fins should make if they want to get their first win of the season.

Colts Release Kenny Moore

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Help Out Your QB
The Dolphins' WRs and RBs have already dropped a number of catchable Moore passes in the first half. Miami needs to help their inexperienced QB by converting on easy plays. Moore was visibly livid on the 'Fins' first few drives because even when he was able to do everything right, his teammates failed to help him out.
Take Advantage of Gifts
The Dolphins were not able to take advantage of a McGahee fumble and great field position late in the second quarter. If the 'Fins want to win this game, they must score TDs in the red zone and make the most of the Broncos' mistakes.
More Pressure on Tebow
Miami needs to continue to put the heat on Tebow in the second half. The Broncos' QB has already made a number of bad decisions/throws and the Dolphins should continue to pressure and look for him to make a big mistake.
Don't Forget About Reggie Bush
The Dolphins seem to get into the habit of abandoning Reggie Bush as the game winds down. I understand that Daniel Thomas is their go-to power runner, but Bush gives them a different type of threat.
Miami NEEDS to continue to get Bush the ball in the second half so he can provide a spark to the offense. The 'Fins should look to get Bush the ball with room to run by calling quick tosses or screen passes.
Attack the D
QB Matt Moore needs to be aggressive and attack the Broncos' secondary in the second half. The Dolphins should open up the playbook and let Moore challenge Denver's DBs by looking to WR Brandon Marshall near the sidelines. The Fins' offense has been most effective when Moore has played aggressively.
