Week 7 Fantasy Football Rankings: Daniel Thomas and Players You Should Avoid
We all have questions as to who we should start every week on our fantasy football team. We take a look towards the “experts” and follow their advice about this quarterback, that running back and those wide receivers.
If it works, great; if it doesn’t, well—it’s their fault not ours.
However, we need to hold ourselves accountable for what decisions we make on our fantasy football team.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
So, take my advice for these players that you need to avoid. They won’t score big this week and they must be sat on your bench.
Go ahead and don’t take my advice here and start these players. You run the risk of these players underperforming this week and your team suffering a big loss.
As the weeks keep fading away, your team is suffering loss after loss after loss because you keep on starting these failing players.
Daniel Thomas, RB Miami Dolphins
If you don’t follow me, then you don’t know my disdain for Daniel Thomas as a starter on fantasy football teams.
In six games, Thomas has started three, been productive in two and last week against the New York Jets played awful.
This week against the Denver Broncos, Thomas will still split time with Reggie Bush and is still prone to fumbles. Plus, it's on a day where the Dolphins are celebrating the ’08 University of Florida national championship team that was quarterbacked by current Broncos starting quarterback Tim Tebow, who is making his first start of the year.
The Broncos will be up big in this game, thus taking away time on the field for Thomas, as the ‘Phins will be in passing situations that have Bush on the field.
Projected Stats: 15 CAR 55 YDS 0 TD 1 FUM
Vincent Jackson, WR San Diego Chargers
Vincent Jackson takes a visit to a place where wide receivers go to visit and never leave; that place is called Revis Island owned by New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis.
This week if you own Vincent Jackson, you should look elsewhere for a starting receiver.
Projected Stats: 2 REC 35 YDS 0 TD
Matt Ryan, QB Atlanta Falcons
Matt Ryan has been an okay fantasy quarterback this year. He will not put up a lot of yards in a game, but he will average two touchdowns per game.
However, against the Detroit Lions this week, Ryan will continue to have a low passing yard total, but this week Ryan will not be able to find the end zone.
The Lions rank sixth in pass defense in the NFL and will be putting constant pressure on the Falcons quarterback all game.
Sit Ryan and try to find a replacement at quarterback.
Projected Stats: 185 YDS 1 TD 2 INT
Sit these players, or if you have to drop someone on your roster, pick up a player like running back Jackie Battle, wide receiver Doug Baldwin or quarterback Colt McCoy.
