Week 7 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: Jason Witten and 4 TEs You Must Start
Picking the right TE to start can be extremely beneficial in fantasy football, especially since the NFL's elite tend to be their QB's favorite target.
You can never go wrong with a reliable TE, but the problem is that they are few and far between.
Nonetheless, here are four TEs to start in Week 7, regardless of how the matchup looks.

Colts Release Kenny Moore

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Jason Witten, Cowboys (vs. Rams)
This is a definite must-start. For Tony Romo to not mess up, he must rely on Jason Witten more and more.
His WRs are solid. However, until Dez Bryant and Miles Austin get into the end zone on more occasions, Witten has to be Romo's go-to target.
With the Cowboys QB's lack of consistency, starting Witten each weak can be a challenge. That being said, there should be no doubt about starting him in Week 7 against the 0-5 St. Louis Rams and their terrible defense.
Jermichael Finley, Packers (at Vikings)
Part of the reason why Green Bay spends so much time airing it out is because, frankly, there's no reason for them to run the ball when Aaron Rodgers has a multitude of targets to hit.
TE Jermichael Finley is no exception. He's arguably the best in the game and was out for the better part of 2010. He's eager to put up big numbers in 2011.
Jermichael is very good after the catch, which makes him that much more dangerous. If you have him, start him. If you are playing against him, he may be one of the bigger reasons if you lose.
Tony Gonzalez, Falcons (at Lions)
Even with WRs Roddy White and Julio Jones, Atlanta TE Tony Gonzalez is definitely Matt Ryan's most reliable target. He can leap with anyone, has hands of gold and can block just as good as he receives.
The Lions do have a stout pass defense, but for the Falcons to have any shot at moving the ball, Gonzalez must produce and will.
No one on Detroit will be able to hang with him one-on-one. Even if he's doubled-up, Tony can still out-jump them.
Plus, with WR Roddy White not being 100 percent, Gonzalez is going to be called on more. He will respond in a very positive way.
Owen Daniels, Texans (at Titans)
Next to WR Andre Johnson, Houston TE Owen Daniels is the second most reliable target for Matt Schaub.
With Johnson being out, Daniels becomes Schaub's best receiver.
While you can expect the Titans to blanket him as much as possible, Owen will still get his numbers and keep the Tennessee defense honest.
The only concern here is if RB Arian Foster doesn't get the ground game established. Daniels is very good at blocking, in addition to selling blocks and going out on play-action.
Of the four, Daniels is the toughest start, but he will come through in the end, especially in the red zone.
