NFL Week 7 Picks: Which Teams Are Sure to Defend Their Home Turf?
There isn't anything more important than defending your home turf—I don't care what sport it is.
With the hostile crowds in the NFL, this is a must for teams looking to move into playoff contention.
Just look at Tom Brady. He's won 31 regular season games in a row at home and the Patriots have been a staple of success over the last 10 years.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
In Week 7, what clubs will pick up wins at home?
New Orleans Saints
Don't need to use AccuScore on this one.
In all honesty, this game should be closer than it looks on paper.
The Saints secondary is among the worst in the league and Curtis Painter will be able to settle in early. Drew Brees and company will be able to extend a close halftime lead after the break and utilize Darren Sproles in the screen game when Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis attack.
New Orleans is extremely hard to beat inside the Superdome and always seem to put on a good show.
Cleveland Browns
Even if Peyton Hillis doesn't play, I like the Browns at home against the Seahawks. Both teams have shown signs of life despite their 2-3 records, but I'll give the quarterback edge to Cleveland's Colt McCoy.
This should be a lower-scoring defensive effort that features both team's running games.
Joe Haden and the Browns secondary will make plays against likely starter Charlie Whitehurst and move to 3-3.
Carolina Panthers
I'm giving the Panthers one more chance. I've been calling for a big game from Cam Newton to translate to an impressive win for the last few weeks. Against a Redskins team in flux, they may finally follow through.
Carolina's defense has been suspect this season and this is a confidence-building game for them.
It won't be low-scoring, but in the end, Newton makes more plays than John Beck and the Panthers get their second win of the year.
