Week 7 Start Em Sit Em: Jackie Battle, Mark Ingram and 5 RBs You Must Start
When setting your fantasy football lineups for Week 7 of the NFL season, consider these five running backs as must-starts.
Jackie Battle, Chiefs
Battle isn't going to surprise anyone after his 100-yard performance before the bye, but the Chiefs would be crazy not to feed him the ball against the Raiders.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
As long as Oakland doesn't jump out to a big lead—which is unlikely with Carson Palmer making his first start of the season—Battle should get 20 carries. Add in that he catches the ball out of the backfield, and Battle should be a safe start in Week 7.
Ryan Torain, Redskins
There's no doubt that Torain disappointed his owners in Week 6 when he rushed for just 22 yards against a soft Eagles run defense.
It certainly didn't help that Rex Grossman couldn't figure out what jersey to throw to. I'd give Torain another shot this weekend against the Panthers. They can be had on the ground, and Mike Shanahan will want to run the ball to take pressure off John Beck.
There's obviously some risk here, but Torain will bounce back this week.
Earnest Graham, Buccaneers
I'm not sure I saw the potential of 100 yards for Graham last week, but he looked like the Graham of old in rumbling to the century mark against the Saints.
And while the Bears are usually a tough matchup for running backs, teams have run on that defense in 2011. Graham also contributes in the passing game, which takes away some of the risk. He'll get the touches needed to be relevant on Sunday.
Marshawn Lynch, Seahawks
Lynch has scored touchdowns in back-to-back weeks, and he nearly broke 100 yards for the first time this season last week against the Giants.
In Week 7, Lynch gets a defense that has allowed at least 100 yards to opposing running backs in each game in 2011. This game should stay close, too, so Lynch will get chances throughout.
Mark Ingram, Saints
The yards haven't been there for Ingram, but he's finding the end zone at a much higher rate in recent weeks. Any back that can score three times in four weeks becomes fantasy-relevant.
This also might be the week that Ingram cracks 100 yards for the first time, as the Saints welcome the winless Colts to the Superdome. New Orleans will be up big, and they can ride their Heisman winner to his first big day in the NFL on Sunday.
