Breaking News: Kevin Nash Confirms Future Match with a Top WWE Star

In a recent interview with the "Chad Dukes Wrestling Show," Kevin Nash answered "absolutely" to wrestling CM Punk in the future.

Nash went on to say that Punk will have to prove his proclamation of being the "best in the world," which also happens to be written on the back of his T-shirt.

Furthermore, the former "Big Sexy" alluded to a match that would go between 10 and 20 minutes, quipping, "...drag my 52-year-old carcass through 14 minutes of a match."

This is great news for those who thought the CM Punk-Nash thread saw an unceremonious end when Triple H abruptly stepped into his former clique buddy's place at Night of Champions.

It will also be interesting to see to what extent Nash, who has been notorious for putting himself "over" at the expense of other talent, will ensure that Punk looks like a threat against his gargantuan frame, assuming the match does come to fruition.

CM Punk also has a lot to prove as well, especially to his fans, who were led to believe he would never face one of the original founding fathers of the NWO. If Punk truly believes his moniker, then he will, indeed, have to show the world what he's capable of when he's matched up against the immobile Nash in the ring.

Another factor to consider is the role Triple H will play in the inevitable match. Will CM Punk have "The Game" at his side now that the two are reluctant allies, or will the "King of Kings" be absent from the picture?

One would think Triple H will align himself with Punk against Nash as there are rumors about a possible 5-on-5 elimination match featuring Triple H, CM Punk, The Rock, and two others on one team vs. Nash, R-Truth, The Miz and two partners at Survivor Series.

Deductive reasoning would place a possible singles contest between Nash and Punk around or at the TLC pay-per-view with a tables or chairs stipulation to compensate for the former "Big Daddy Cool's" ponderousness in the ring.
