Creature vs Creature: Who Will Be the Next WWE/World Champion?

With the WWE crowning two new World Champions at Survivor Series in John Cena and Edge, it got me thinking. Who will be the next to win a World Championship?

Now I'm leaving the ECW Championship out of the equation, not that I don't appreciate it though. With that said who will be either the WWE Champion next or the World Heavyweight Champion?

Of course since the titles were just won back at Survivor Series it seems unlikely anyone will be beaten anytime soon. But if I had to say who would be next I'd say The Undertaker.

The only reason is that guys like Jeff Hardy who would be in line anytime they wanted are really destined to be in the Money in the Bank match at Wrestlemania and are not going to win the WWE Championship to spoil that before then.

The reason I pick The Undertaker is simple. He will win at Wrestlemania. Since he has never lost at Wrestlemania and it would be a complete shocker if he did at this year's, since it is The 25th anniversary.

Edge most likely will hold the WWE Championship until then. John Cena wil hold it most likely through Wrestlemania. He seems to be the WWE goldenboy and with that said, we may be seeing another one year Cena reign.

Also Cena's sort of new image as a defender of the fans, which many seem to love, the WWE doesn't want anyone else to hold it yet. Jericho and Orton who are the main contenders for the title look good to be the one's who take it next from him.

But I don't see them taking it before Wrestlemania, unless Cena of course gets injured. With The Undertaker being who he is Edge would be forced to lose again to him at Wrestlemania to keep the streak alive.

They are also still big rivals and Taker's feud with The Big Show should be over by then. Usually the Royal Rumble gives you an idea of who will be the next Champion for their respective brands, but that would not be the case for the second year in a row.

Cena won last year and lost at Wrestlemania to Randy Orton. The WWE usually switches up every year, so last year was RAW winning and this year it should be SmackDown and I see the Undertaker coming out on top.

If he doesn't look for it to be a triple threat as there was last year for Edge's WWE Championship. The next World Champion will be The Undertaker
