Fantasy Football Week 6 Rankings: Calvin Johnson and the Top WRs
Megatron—what an awesome nickname for a wide receiver and how fitting it is for the Detroit Lions' Calvin Johnson.
For opposing defenses, he truly is an "evil," menacing and larger-than-life player.
He's a top wide receiver every week, but there are plenty more pass-catchers who will put up huge numbers on Sunday.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Let's start with Detroit's phenom first...
Calvin Johnson
He was inconspicuous at the start of the Lions' Monday night showdown with the Bears, but then exploded for a 73-yard touchdown.
That's what Johnson does.
This week, Detroit takes on a tough 49ers team. Head coach Jim Harbaugh has brought a more physical culture to a San Fran team that could easily be 5-0 as well.
Yes, Carlos Rogers is playing at a Pro Bowl level, but I don't see him stopping Johnson throughout the entire contest.
I'd be shocked if Johnson doesn't catch his 10th touchdown pass on Sunday.
I know you read this article for at least some insight, but do you seriously need to be given reasons why Welker is a top WR this week?
The man is on pace to shatter Jerry Rice's season receiving yard total.
Yes, Jerry Rice.
He has been targeted 64 times this year, which is the most in the NFL and 10 ahead of Roddy White.
Welker will once again be the focal point of the Patriots offense against the Cowboys on Sunday.
Hakeem Nicks
The Bills defense is creating a ton of turnovers, but they're giving up 283.4 yards through the air in each game.
Both clubs love to spread it out and throw frequently, so expect the physical Nicks to be targeted often—especially down the field.
He'll likely draw coverage from Drayton Florence, who is Buffalo's best and most physical corner. Nevertheless, I think Nicks could be in for a huge day.
Nicks has been targeted a team-high 45 times this year, which is tied for eighth in the NFL.
Honorable mentions go to Stevie Johnson, Greg Jennings, Steve Smith of the Panthers and Dez Bryant.
