Fantasy Football Rankings Week 5: Calvin Johnson Leads Top WRs Once Again
It's the fifth week of the regular season, and the top receivers in the league will continue their dominance. The rankings haven't changed a ton because the elites are very hard to catch.
As the bye weeks begin, thankfully none of the best receivers are off because their fantasy owners count on them for consistent double digit points.
Receivers can be gold mines in fantasy football, especially those that score multiple touchdowns. This season there have been eight different receivers that finished the day with over 140 yards receiving and at least two touchdowns.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Those types of performances all but guarantee you a victory in fantasy football. With that said, here are the top receivers for Week 5.
Calvin Johnson
Another week and another astonishing performance by Johnson. The wide receiver continues to lead the pack, and he does so in impressive fashion scoring two touchdowns in four straight games.
Johnson will be in primetime on Monday night at home against the Chicago Bears. Normally known for their stout defense, the Bears are giving up an average of 300 yards passing per game. Expect Matthew Stafford to thrive, and we all know Johnson is his favorite target.
This is the second road game for the Bears, and the last time they hit the road they gave up three passing touchdowns to Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints.
Johnson is going to keep doing what he does best, which greatly pleases his fantasy owners.
Greg Jennings
Aaron Rodgers has no problem torching the Atlanta Falcons secondary, and Jennings will be his main man on Sunday night.
The Green Bay Packers top wideout has had two straight games of 100 plus receiving yards, and he's about to make it three.
Rodgers does like to spread the ball around a lot, which is why Jennings only has three touchdowns on the year.
However, Jennings should have a very good week with a few touchdowns, which will frustrate Falcons' fans to no ends.
The New England Patriots are fantasy football stars so far this season, and Welker will keep the trend alive. He may be playing the New York Jets, but his past experiences against the team will greatly help him.
Welker didn't struggle at all against the Jets the two times they met last season, grabbing 13 receptions for 118 yards and two touchdowns
I don't see his current hot streak coming to an end on Sunday.
He's had one game where he failed to score a touchdown and put double digit points in standard leagues, but that won't happen against New York because the Patriots need him to be clutch.
Tom Brady and Bill Belichick are focused and determined to destroy the Jets this weekend, and Welker will play a vital role.
