NFL Picks Week 5: Houston Texans and the 3 Home Team Locks
Defending your home turf is critical in making a push to the postseason.
With the amount of comebacks we've seen so far, no lead is ever safe no matter where the game is being played.
These three clubs are my home team locks for Week 5 based on their matchup and what they've done so far in front of their home crowd...

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Houston Texans
Houston is 2-0 at home to start the year, averaging just over 25 points-per-game in Reliant Stadium.
A lot of that had to do with Andre Johnson, who will sit against the Raiders this week with a hamstring injury.
However, the Texans still have a good amount of firepower, and it looks like Arian Foster is finally over the hamstring injury that nagged him from the preseason up until last week.
Oakland boasts the league's best rushing attack, but the Texans are giving up a respectable 108 yards-per-game on the ground and will terrorize Jason Campbell when he drops back to pass.
The Texans have too much offense for a weak Raiders defense to handle and will win this one with relative ease, 27-17.
New York Giants
The Seahawks have shown glimpses of improvement in their last two games, a win over the Cardinals and a two-point loss to the Falcons, there's no doubting that.
But traveling across the country to play a game at 1 o'clock is no easy task, especially when the team their facing, the New York Giants is far more talented than they are.
Manning's formulated a nice rapport with his wide receivers, and the defense has accumulated a whopping 12 sacks already.
Too much explosiveness on offense for the Giants, and Tarvaris Jackson will be running for his life all afternoon.
Giants 31 - Seahawks 13.
Detroit Lions
Time to buy into the Detroit Lions.
I have.
The Bears are still a solid team, despite a 2-2 record, don't get me wrong.
But the Lions will have no trouble making life miserable for Jay Cutler and Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson will have their way with Chicago's defense.
Julius Peppers getting to Stafford is the Bears' only chance but I just see too much youthful talent and hunger on that Lions team to lose at home on Monday Night Football.
Lions 30 - Bears 20
