Fantasy Football Week 4 Rankings: Marques Colston and 4 Boom-or-Bust WRs
Fantasy football WRs are becoming more and more valuable each season, and rightfully so. After all, NFL offenses are becoming even more heavily reliant on the passing game.
That being said, it's also going to make defenses adjust to shutting down the premier receivers, which makes room for some unknowns to put up solid numbers.
Not to mention, a good QB doesn't just target one receiver, he dishes the rock around as evenly as possible to keep the defense honest.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
To that end, here are the four top boom-or-bust WRs for Week 4.
4. Greg Jennings, Packers
Although Greg Jennings is the Packers' best receiver and QB Aaron Rodgers' favorite target, with TE Jermichael Finley back to 100 percent, some of Jennings' targets will be elsewhere.
Furthermore, Green Bay has the NFL's best group of receiving targets. Even though Jennings should lead the pack (no pun intended), it's not going to be by a lot.
Rodgers is eerily similar to the Saints' Drew Brees and is very good at slinging the rock all over.
Make no mistake about it, Jennings is a great start each week, but be very aware that his numbers aren't going to be similar to nine catches for 119 yards every single time.
3. Mike Wallace, Steelers
With Mike Wallace, it's go big or go home.
Ever since Plaxico Burress left Pittsburgh, the Steelers haven't had the sick deep threat until Wallace came along.
Well, his big-play ability shined in Week 3, with an 81-yard TD catch. Thereafter, he only totaled four catches for 63 yards.
This week, the Steelers play a very much improved Houston Texans defense from a year ago. What's more, they're much better than the Colts.
Much like Marques Colston, he's not a bad start. However, chances are, the Texans will eye him deep every time. Hines Ward should earn more targets this week.
2. Marques Colston, Saints
The biggest concern with Colston right now is his health.
He hasn't played since Week 1 in Green Bay, but is expected to return this week.
However, even when healthy, Colston isn't Drew Brees' No. 1 target. To be honest, he doesn't really have one.
Brees has 89 completions this season, but five different targets have 10 or more receptions.
It's not only safe to say he spreads the wealth, but Colston is just one part of a group that must do their job even without the ball.
It's not a bad idea to start Colston, but don't be disappointed when the numbers aren't big.
1. Malcom Floyd, Chargers
Despite not practicing on Thursday, Chargers WR Malcom Floyd is still QB Philip Rivers' second best target.
However, you wouldn't know it. He's only accounted for 132 yards on seven receptions through three games.
Sure, part of it could be attributed to the injury of TE Antonio Gates, but Vincent Jackson leads the team in receiving yards and TD catches.
The problem here is that Rivers is becoming more reliant on RBs Mike Tolbert and Ryan Matthews, who have a combined 34 receptions.
2010 was arguably Floyd's best season and yet he only played in 11 games.
He is a playmaker. It just comes down to how much Rivers trusts him, as well as his health.
