Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Ravens traded for Lee Evans prior to the season, but this isn't 2006. Evans is now 30 years of age and has only gone over 1,000 yards twice in his career. He just isn't a No. 2 receiver anymore, and Torrey Smith is bound to take the No. 2 slot from him before the end of the season.
Smith's first three catches in the NFL were good for a touchdown. He has a ton of speed and is lightning quick. He has a lot more upside than Evans and deserves the No. 2 spot.
Even after his huge game, he is still owned in less than 30 percent of leagues.
Nate Washington, Tennessee Titans
Washington was having a good year prior to Kenny Britt's knee injury, but with Britt out for the season, Washington's stock is through the roof. He has over 21 catches, 258 yards and a touchdown on the season already.
With Washington becoming the de facto No. 1 WR, his numbers should continue to increase. Matt Hasselbeck has been effective so far this year, so look for his numbers to get better and better.
Washington is owned in a lot more leagues though, so you are going to have to get lucky, as he is available in just 25 percent of ESPN leagues.
Victor Cruz, New York Giants
Cruz didn't catch two touchdowns against a random defense last week, but against the most talented secondary in the NFL. He caught one touchdown over Nnamdi Asomugha, proving that he can do it against the best corners in the game.
Mario Manningham should be back this week, but Cruz will still get the opportunity to work out of the slot. It remains to be seen how effective he can be there, but if he is half as good as he is as a flanker, he should put up solid numbers.
