NFL Scores Week 3: Which Results Have Greatest Impact on League Landscape?

In just the first slew of games, a lot has changed throughout the NFL. 

Easily, the most surprising score has to be the Bills upset over the New England Patriots, 31-34. This is the first loss the Patriots have suffered in the regular season since losing to the Browns in the middle of the 2010 season.

As we expected, this was a battle of two productive offenses going against each other's mediocre defenses, resulting in a very high-scoring game.

Brady's uncharacteristic four interceptions proved to be the difference in this game. It is far too early to tell whether or not the Patriots have been exposed, but it does confirm that the Bills are a team to be reckoned with.

No longer can the Jets and Patriots give themselves an automatic two wins. This game probably has told us more about the Bills than the Patriots.

We already knew the Patriots can put up thirty points on teams, but now we know the Bills can hold their composure and compete with the leauge's best, especially after going down 14 points early in the game. 

In Philadelphia, the New York Giants were finally able to spell the "Miracle at the Meadowlands II" demons with a convincing victory over the Eagles.

The Giants got a huge game from wide receiver Victor Cruz, who replaced Steve Smith, now with the Eagles. They made the Eagles offense look stagnant and once again, Michael Vick did not finish the game.

The Eagles flaws were exposed, especially along the offensive line. Andy Reid and his staff are going to have to come up with a new plan because teams are finding a way to expose the Eagles.

It is a bit early to tell who controls the NFC East, but with the Cowboys and Redskins playing better than expected, the divisional title is up for grabs.
