According to ESPN, Britt limped out of LP Field with a brace on his right knee, but Adam Schefter and Chris Mortensen have reported that sources have told them Britt has a torn ACL and a torn MCL.

The Titans are bracing for the knee injury to be season-ending for Britt, a league source told NFL Network's Jason La Canfora.
Britt suffered the injury at the end of a short reception near the sideline. His right knee appeared to buckle as he stepped toward the sideline, and it gave way on his next step as he fell to the ground and fumbled the ball. Britt was later carted off the sideline."

Do not expect to see Kenny Britt back today after being carted off with a knee injury.
According to Rotoworld's Staff:
""The injury happened at the end of a second-quarter reception. Britt was obviously in a ton of pain, bailing to the ground at the end of the play and fumbling the ball away to the Broncos. We'd be surprised if he returned to the game. Britt's knee bent awkwardly on the play, but the extent of the injury is unknown at this time. Lavelle Hawkins and Damian Williams will see increased roles. Britt's day is probably done after three catches and 18 yards."

Kenny Britt should be all good to go this weekend, as ESPN's John Clayton is reporting that he hasn't had any setbacks.
Thursday, Sept. 22, 6:05 p.m. EST
Britt's status for Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos was looking iffy for a second there, but things got significantly brighter within the last hour. Courtesy of Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean, we now know that Britt is not too worried about his hamstring.
Assuming that setback doesn't come, this is an excuse for the Titans to breathe a sigh of relief. Britt has been their most dangerous offensive player in the early goings this season, and his presence in the starting lineup is vital as long as Chris Johnson continues to struggle on the ground.
For all the fantasy owners out there, take this latest news as the green light to start Britt this weekend. It would be one thing if he said he was going to play through the pain, but that there is no pain is a great sign.
Thursday, Sept. 22, 10:50 a.m. EST
Britt told The Tennesseean that he took it easy in practice because he was afraid of making matters worse.
""Going out there in that first period of seven-on-seven, it kept on getting tighter and tighter, and it wouldn’t loosen up for me," Britt said. "I got a little scared so I backed down."
"It’s been feeling great and wonderful every time I got on the field," he said. "And today, I don’t know what it was."
"
The Titans need Britt to have success this season, and it is uncertain if he'll play on Sunday. If the hamstring is tightening on Wednesday, the smart move might be to rest him in Week 3 to avoid further problems.
Off to a hot start with 14 catches and three touchdowns in the first two games, Britt has shown it doesn't matter who hi quarterback is, and that his troubles off the field during the lockout aren't affecting his play.
Should Britt not play on Sunday then look for Nate Washington to step up, and for the Titans to rely on the run for a good portion of their game against the Denver Broncos, who are also banged up in a lot of areas.
