Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The best written category was extremely hard to decide. There were countless brilliant pieces here on B/R, and all should be deserving of something.
We picked Daniel Cox's article, "Falcons-Panthers: Michael Turner's Four Touchdowns Burn Carolina in 45-28 Win," and Bryn Swartz's piece on Hines Ward. The one we felt rose above all the rest, though, was an excellent article written by Adam Fier, called "Favre Giving Jets Fans Reason To Believe."
We named Bryn Swartz as the Best Overall Writer of the week because of the above article as well as a handful more. Be sure to catch up on everything Eagles in his archive!
Roundtables are a very quick way of finding other fans' opinions before and after the big game. The winner of this week's best roundtable goes to the Detroit Lions, headed up by Community Leader Scott Rieger.
The best discussion of the week took place on this piece, entitled "Learning the Lessons Sean Taylor Left Behind." This was written by Shaun Ahmad. Honorable mentions for this articleand this article. Be sure to check both out!
Although a bit irregular, the article entitled "Kyle Orton Should Have Stayed On the Bench This Week" by Jimmy Mac falls under the category of predictions/preview. It was a marvelous piece, and his readers also deserve credit for some outstanding discussion as well.
In the humor/original articles category, there was one that really impressed us. The article "Thanks in Part to Madden, Favre is the Most Overrated Quarterback Ever" won the award. Even the picture cracked me up. This article earned runners-up.
The award for most articles goes to the Philadelphia Eagles, breaking the streak of teams who played on Thursday. According to our engineers they have pumped out the most material this past week. Nice work, guys!
Congrats to the winners and here's to a very successful Week 11! Just as a reminder, these contest results will appear on the Front Page and will receive loads of attention.
Make sure to keep trying your best to get mentioned here so you can further your exposure to the sporting world!
