Announcing The NFL Community Awards Contest

Attention Bleacher Creatures!

On behalf of the NFL Community here at Bleacher Report, I am pleased to announce the new Community Awards Contest.

Every week, we will choose certain NFL Communities who we feel have risen above the competition.. Communities will compete for awards in seven categories:

• best-written articles
  
  This means exactly what it says. The best of the best, cream of the crop....you get the idea.
  

round tables

Several roundtables are already underway here at Bleacher Report. For a more thorough explanation of what a Roundtable is check this out. For those communities who do not yet have a Roundtable started, be sure to leave a note with your community leaders. Our award will go to the community who has the most thoughtful, educated, and interesting questions and answers.
discussions/comments

Discussions are one of my favorite aspects of Bleacher Report. Few things are better than participating or reading a heated debate. This award doesn't cover individual comments, but rather a the best collection of comments.


accuracy of game/fantasy predictions


Have to give the fortune tellers their due. Post your predictions on how your team will fare this week and what kind of stats you predict them to have!
• funniest/original articles
  
  Make us laugh. Make us laugh long and hard. Another aspect of this award is original articles. If you write about something nobody else has before or came up with something totally unique you will be taken into consideration for this award.
• number of articles
  
  Straight-up most productive community, most articles wins.
  
• Overall winner
  
  The weekly overall winner of all NFL Communities, this will go to a community which demonstrates a combination of the individual categories mentioned above.

Alongside announcing the seven winning communities, we will recognize the best individual writers for those communities who were directly responsible for the category win.  So by winning these awards, both you and your NFL community  will gain increased exposure on B/R!
