NFL Power Rankings: Which Teams Are the Absolute Worst in the NFL?
Exiting Week 2, a number of teams are bad and just keep getting worse, and the power rankings reflect this. The Kansas City Chiefs, Seattle Seahawks and Indianapolis Colts have yet to win a game, while the Jacksonville Jaguars are the most disappointing 1-1 team in the NFL.
In fact, I have the 1-1 Jaguars ranked below the 0-2 Carolina Panthers simply because the Jaguars don't have much to look forward to as the season moves on.
At least the Panthers have quarterback Cam Newton once they find a way to get on track defensively. Jacksonville has Luke McCown, who was benched yesterday, and they have Blaine Gabbert, a rookie who was thrust into the fray before he was ready.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Indianapolis Colts continue to struggle without quarterback Peyton Manning. As the weeks progress without improvement, the discussion is quickly turning from the Colts' psychological lack of preparation to field a winning team without their offensive leader to the Colts' inability to develop a winning team, period.
The Seahawks tried to improve in the offseason by adding quarterback Tarvaris Jackson to the team. This is a failed experiment that belies the vanity of head coach Pete Carroll; he's committed to Jackson for the entire season, it seems, and that stubbornness is going to lead the team to a last-place finish if Carroll doesn't let it go.
Kansas City is in a terrible position now that they've lost their main offensive threat, Jamaal Charles, for the season after he tore his ACL in the first quarter of their eventually drubbing at the hands of the Detroit Lions.
The Chiefs have scored just 10 points over two games. While it's easy to point to the loss of 2010 offensive coordinator Charlie Weis, who returned to collegiate coaching this year, as the main factor in the Chiefs' offensive drop-off, he can't be the entire reason for the team's collapse.
Other systemic problems are likely plaguing the team, and if there's any squad that may lose its head coach before the season is over, it's theirs.
The worst thing about these teams is that I don't see a way for any of them to improve significantly as the season progresses. Each week looks like another significant backslide from the one before.
One more week, and one more loss for the 0-2 teams at the bottom of my rankings, with little chance of them rising this year.
