WWE News: The Rock and John Cena Officially Teaming Up at Survivor Series

Talk about bringing a pay-per-view back to life.

It is being reported by wrestleheat.com that The Rock and John Cena will be allies for the "Thanksgiving Tradition".

If this news is accurate, this will be huge for not only fans at home, but those in attendance for the big event.

According to the article, The Rock tweeted the latest poster and stated:

@therock: “I’m not waiting til Wrestlemania 28… I’m coming to Survivor Series in November and ELECTRIFYING New York City like never before! TEAM BRING IT – BOOTS TO ASSES.”

This poster for Survivor Series clearly states that "The Rock and Cena Join Forces." Who knows what this means for the pay-per-view. However, one thing is for sure this could indeed make the Survivor Series bounce back to "big four" status. To see the full poster click here.

Wrestleheat.com had previously reported that the WWE was trying to convince The Rock to step inside the squared circle prior to WrestleMania and it appears they have succeeded.

Well folks, I guess we will have to wait and see how big this event will be, as the possibilities are endless.

Personally, this may be the first time in five years that I buy a WWE pay-per-view.
