Fantasy Football Week 2: Why Reggie Bush Is Not a Smart Play
The Houston Texans utterly destroyed the Indianapolis Colts 34-7 in Week 1. They dominated every facet of the game and looked like a team on the edge of a special season.
This week the Miami Dolphins welcome those same Texans to town in what should be an intriguing matchup. But fantasy-wise, if you've got Reggie Bush, it might be best to sit the Dolphins running back this week.
Houston's revamped 3-4 defense dominated the Colts on Sunday, allowing just 236 yards of total offense, and a meager 64 yards rushing. The Texans appear to have taken to new defensive coordinator Wade Phillips and his changes quickly.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
That's bad news for Bush owners after Miami's offensive line struggled to open holes for the sixth-year pro against New England on Monday night. They also allowed quarterback Chad Henne to get hit a whopping 11 times.
Dolphins coach Tony Sparano has said he plans to get Bush at least 20 touches per game, which seems like a good number. On 20 touches against the Patriots, Bush had 94 total yards and a touchdown, but the Patriots looked disoriented and lost on defense at times, while the Texans looked really solid against the Colts.
This week Bush is just a bad start. If you've got other options go with one. Unless he shows the ability to get yardage strictly from the running game, Bush's value will be low. Teams tend to overplay him in the passing game, which limits his big-play ability.
Until Bush gets more comfortable running between the tackles and making plays on the ground, hold off on expecting a ton from him. This week, don't expect anything against the Texans.
