According to wrestlinginc.com, the official website for the New Orleans Arena, Edge is listed as one of the many stars to be partaking in October's Hell in the Cell pay-per-view.

The site states:

"WWE returns to the New Orleans Arena in the Big Easy for one of their biggest events of the year!

Witness the Superstars of both Raw and Smackdown live under the same roof for a PPV extravaganza live event featuring: John Cena, Randy Orton, Alberto Del Rio, The Miz, Edge, Rey Mysterio, John Morrison, The Big Show and many more Superstars live!

"

They also noted that Edge will be at next week's SmackDown! taping in Dayton, Ohio. One has to wonder what the WWE has planned for Edge. If Edge really has a career-threatening injury, then there is no way he should be stepping in the ring.

Hopefully, both he and the WWE will do the right thing and he will not wrestle again. Especially since we have seen too many wrestlers damaged from not knowing when to call it quits.
