NFL Predictions Week 2: Which RBs Are Locks For 100 Yard Games?
This is the week where we really begin to see which RBs are going to be in the race for the rushing title.
The ability to increase the numbers from Week 1 to Week 2 is astronomical in terms of what direction the season is headed.
And although the following three RBs didn't completely over-achieve this past weekend, they played an important role in their team getting the win.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
That being said, here's Week 2 RBs who are locked in for 100-plus yards.
Matt Forte, Chicago Bears
He only gained 68 yards on 16 carries, but with the stellar play of the Bears' D, it didn't matter.
Also, Matt proved to be a threat in the air as he gained 90 yards on five receptions.
So, we know that the New Orleans Saints will be well prepared for his screens and when he slips into the flats.
Therefore, that leaves Forte to pound the rock against a weak New Orleans D that gave up 400 yards to the Green Bay Packers.
Now obviously most of that was through the air, but with Jay Cutler tossing over 300 against Atlanta, the Saints won't be expecting much from Chicago on the ground, hence, Matt Forte getting over 100 with a couple of TDs to boot.
Tim Hightower, Washington Redskins
In Week 2 the Redskins play host to the Arizona Cardinals, who allowed over 400 passing yards to a rookie QB in Cam Newton.
Well needless to say, head coach Mike Shanahan is foaming at the mouth right now.
However, if he wants any productivity from QB Rex Grossman like there was in Week 1 against the New York Giants, running the ball with Tim Hightower is crucial.
Not to mention New York is a much better overall defensive team that Arizona, but especially in stopping the run.
Which, in turn, will allow Hightower to rush all game long, because he compiled 72 against a much better division-rival, so how could he not gain over 100 in this one?
Ryan Grant, Green Bay Packers
Although he only compiled 40 yards on nine attempts against the Saints, Packers' RB Ryan Grant was just getting his feel for the game back, since he had a season-ending injury in 2010.
This week Green Bay travels to Carolina and plays a surprising Panthers team that is very capable of keeping pace with the cheese.
To prevent such blasphemy from occurring, a heavy dosage of Ryan Grant will be needed, because limiting rookie QB Cam Newton's opportunities will heavily weigh in Green Bay's favor, as Newton knows how to light it up.
Not to mention, Carolina LB Jon Beason may be out due to an Achilles injury.
Thus, only more incentive for head coach Mike McCarthy to give Grant the rock in Week 2.
